UL Â鶹´«Ã½app Students
To apply for your desired program, you must complete the UL Â鶹´«Ã½app Study Abroad Application.
Once your application is submitted, you must submit your initial $500 deposit through the deposit module on ULink. Please review our payment policies and instructions. We strongly recommend retaining all payment receipts for your personal records.
The deadline to submit your application is December 16th.
Applications submitted after December 16th will be subject to a $100 late fee.
Applications received after January 27th will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the $100 late fee stated previously.

Non-UL Â鶹´«Ã½app Students
If you are not enrolled at UL Â鶹´«Ã½app, you may still participate in our programs. However, in order to participate, you must enroll as a UL Â鶹´«Ã½app student. You must apply for admission as a non-degree seeking student and declare a major of summer visitor.
We recommend that you apply for admission no later than December 1st.

Once you have been admitted to the University, you may follow the UL Â鶹´«Ã½app Students instructions as listed above.
