New Student Orientation is your first real taste of life as a Ragin' Cajun. Orientation will help you feel at home on our campus and assist you in becoming familiar with the wide range of academic and extracurricular opportunities available at UL Â鶹´«Ã½app. You will learn how to navigate our campus, be introduced to helpful campus resources, and discover the amazing opportunities that college life offers.

First-Time Freshman Orientation

If you are a new student who has never attended college before, you'll attend Freshman Orientation.

Transfer Student Orientation

Transfer students attended a different institution after graduating from high school and are now switching to UL Â鶹´«Ã½app. These students will attend Transfer Student Orientation.

Adult Learner Orientation

If you are a first-time freshman who is 21 years of age or older, you'll attend Adult Learner Orientation.

Online Learner Orientation

If you're enrolled in a 100% online degree program, you will complete an Online Orientation program through the Office of Distance Learning.
