Completed documents must be submitted along with your application by the following deadlines.

For intersession enrollment please contact the office directly. 

You are required to have a 1.5 cumulative GPA to be considered for readmission to UL Â鶹´«Ã½app. If you are on academic suspension, you need to before you can apply for readmission. To be granted admissions, you must be eligible to return to all previous institutions of enrollment.

That GPA requirement applies to all colleges or universities you have attended, including UL Â鶹´«Ã½app, community colleges, or other institutions.

If you attended another college or university since your time at UL Â鶹´«Ã½app, you should apply for transfer admission.

When you complete your application, you will also be required to submit these forms.

Confidential Financial Guarantee

Fill out the Confidential Financial Guarantee form. Submit it along with a current bank statement.

You don’t have to submit this form if you are a refugee or permanent resident.

Immunization Form

All students must before you can register for classes. You can submit it at the same time or after your admissions application.

You must be screened for tuberculosis (TB) and be immunized against measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus-diphtheria.

Submit your transcripts from all accredited or ministry-approved colleges or universities you’ve attended since your time at UL Â鶹´«Ã½app.

The transcripts must be original and official translations are required.
