Welcome Freshmen! The Office of First-Year Experience (OFYE) is here to help you begin your journey as a university student!
The Cajun culture is famous for its welcoming spirit and we want you to feel right at home at UL Â鶹´«Ã½app. We have many events designed to introduce you to your new classmates, the campus, and the best our colorful region has to offer.
Our mission is to connect first-year students and their families to the necessary resources to provide a strong foundation for success. We help students transition to college by offering academic support (UNIV classes), freshmen programs, and freshmen events that provide an enriching collegiate experience.
