The University of Louisiana at Ā鶹“«Ć½appā€™s MBA program is among the best in the nation.

Thatā€™s according to the Princeton Review. The education services company profiled the program among its ā€œBest Business Schools 2018.ā€ The listing is available on the companyā€™s website, .

ā€œWe recommended UL Ā鶹“«Ć½appā€™s B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration as one of the best to earn an MBA based on our high regard for their academics and our assessment of institutional data we collected from schools,ā€ said Robert Franek, Princeton Reviewā€™s senior vice president and publisher.

The list does not rank MBA programs from 1 to 267, or name one business school as best overall, Franek noted.

The Princeton Review surveyed UL Ā鶹“«Ć½app students enrolled in the MBA program to compile its list. Respondents highlighted the Moody Collegeā€™s ā€œamazingly talentedā€ and ā€œapproachableā€ faculty; its ā€œchallenging and relevantā€ curriculum; and a ā€œgreat alumni baseā€ that assists in career networking.

The program ā€œcaters to students who work full-time,ā€ one student said. Another praised its diverse student body of professionals and full-time students. ā€œMBA students learn a great deal from working with other students from different backgrounds.ā€

The Princeton Review, which is not affiliated with Princeton University, recognized the MBA program in 2016 and 2017, as well. Earlier this year, CEO Magazine rated UL Ā鶹“«Ć½appā€™s MBA program among the top 68 in North America.

The designation put the program on the international business magazineā€™s top tier for MBAs.

ā€œThese national and global recognitions position the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration among elite company,ā€ said Dr. J. Bret Becton, the collegeā€™s dean. ā€œThe Princeton Review designation is particularly gratifying because it is based on surveys of our students.

ā€œTheir satisfaction indicates that we have created a challenging, but nurturing, learning environment that will enable them to pursue their career goals with confidence.ā€

This fall, the college launched an online MBA program that complements the professional and executive MBA curriculums the University offers in a traditional classroom setting.

ā€œBusiness professionals can obtain the same quality education online as graduate students who complete the MBA program on campus. The excellence that has won us consistent praise from the Princeton Review and others is now available to students beyond South Louisiana,ā€ Becton said.
