Junius Egby Jr. of Opelousas is the recipient of the 2007 Jefferson Caffery Award at UL Â鶹´«Ã½app. The Caffery Award competition encourages UL Â鶹´«Ã½app students to conduct scholarly research utilizing primary source materials held in the special collections area of Dupré Library. The competition is open to both graduate and undergraduate students. Egby is an Education major.
