Dr. Margarita Perez is the Dean of Students at the University of Louisiana at Â鶹´«Ã½app. She currently oversees Student Conduct, Residence Life, SGA, Student Engagement & Leadership, Recreational Sports and Career Services. Over her 25 years in higher education, she has worked in numerous facets of the Division of Student Affairs including: residence life, orientation, student activities, leadership development, academic programming, career development, student conduct, Title IX and assessment.

Dr. Perez earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Â鶹´«Ã½app, a Master of Education from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
